I found the website very misleading as, after typing in hmv into Google I was presented with this page, I was led to believe that the CDs were physical copies for a christmas present, so put in my details and were left with downloads. I admit this was a personal error however if the website said 'download' into of 'purchase' I would've been a lot more aware! However, my biggest disappointment came from the help I received - or didn't. After contacting several HMV emails and going into store/ringing helplines it seems that NOBODY could help me due to the HMV Digital being a separate business. Around 5 minutes after purchasing the music, I emailed the HMV Digital helpline - still 7 days later I have heard no response! I am left with £26 worth of downloads that I do not want but apparently have been left with since the technical support/customer support is atrocious.

I would not choose HMV Digital again, it has seriously put me off ordering online.
One helpful thing about HMV itself as that the store staff and the store helpline staff were very helpful and generous with their time, it's a shame this isn't the same... (Read the full review)

In summary, I would not recommend HMV Digital to a friend.
